Billy R Curry Septic Inc

I hired Billy Curry recommended by the County to do a maintenance agreement on a septic. They didn't explain what was included nor the way they operate. I requested for them to let me know when they were coming, and they never did nor they ever told me the came. The light was on and the alarm went off. When I called them to see what happened, they said everything was fine. They sent someone and told me the problem was fixed. My tenant told me that the light and alarm was still on. Lack of communication. The second time I hired them to pump a tank at a different rental house, I also requested that they let me know 1 hr before they were coming so I could be present. The called me 15 minutes before arriving. They told me that the issue that my house wasn't draining wasn't the tank being full, if not something in the pipe lines, but they decided to pump it anyways. They did a half way job, they suppose to mix concrete to seal the joints at the tank, and they just spray thin set without mixing it. After the fact, I ended up hiring a plumber to fix the pipe lines, and this plumber was the brother of the guy who pumped the tank, employed by Billy Curry, and the plumber told me that his brother said that he himself pumped the same tank 6 months ago. So my question is "How about some honesty in this company?" I complaint with Vicky (the phone lady, 1/2 owner) and her answer was "if you call us to pump a tank, we're going to pump it" What a joke! I ask to be notified 1 hr before arriving, they called 15 minutes before. They knew my tank didn't need pumping, they pumped it anyways. The same guy that pumped it 6 months earlier. They left the job half way, never mixed the thin set to cover the joints, and never put the dirt back on the tank. They failed to acknowledge their mistake and lack of honesty. The owner himself called me to defend himself saying he and his company are very honest and he wanted to know if his employees were doing something wrong he wants to address it, but he failed to refund me the money, not even 1/2 of it. Never again.

From start to finish the experience was good. Got a quick appointment, Driver showed up within 30 minutes of quoted time. He was friendly, efficient and did a thorough job with the tank including cleaning out the filter which a lot of companies "forget" to do. The tank was patched properly and the holes filled in. Great Job guys (and gal). The quality I would have expected from Baker Septic.

I have been using this company for five years now because that's who the previous owner's used. I wish I was smart enough to do my research and go with another company. Not only did they not tell me about the issues my system was having, they also came out and only pumped one of two of my tanks. I had to have another company come out 3 months later only to find out they never touched the second tank which would have required them to disturb the dirt that covered it. When I called the office to inform them of the issues, the person that answered the phone looked at the drivers notes and said, "It says here you have a bad drainfield, were you home when they came out? I don't know why they did not tell you." I am very disappointed with Billy R. Curry Septic Inc. and would not be using them in the future. Nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

BE WARE!!! Very disappointed with this company. My parents had a drain fill done four years ago with this company. Mind you it was not cheap. Been having problems with it since it was built. Now it's to the point that the water with waste comes out of everywhere. When contacted the company they only guarantee their work for a year. A system that everywhere you call is supposed to work with no problems for ten years. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Shop around the area, there's other companies that will honor their work.

Bill retired. Palm Bay septic bought his phone number. Meh on service. Made appointment for Thursday, no eta phone call, I had to call them. Was given a time, 3 hours after time finally received a call from them stating they were not going to make it to me and would arrive next morning. As I understand things happen, but better communication would have been appreciated. I hate sitting in wait my entire day for nothing

10 years with this company and never one issue. They come out on time routinely throughout the year and always give updates on the system performance. Have only needed it pumped 1 time at a reasonable rate with no issues at all! Never even knew they were there. Great company!

Completely unprofessional company, waited 3 days for a potty only for them to say "sorry we don't have one" Needed on a jobsite over a week ago

I wouldn't think twice about using Billy Curry again. They came out the same day I called them. Great communication and exceptional service.
